Round 2: Asking How to Complain?
You may recall in my Review of Diocesan Websites that only one out of twenty-two diocesan websites carry information about how to make a complaint. This is not a good thing. It seems the obvious thing to do is simply to ask - so that is what I did. My email was short and to the point...
